Here is a summary of what the reasonable service of holding on to our testimony of salvation unto holiness. It describes where we were before we met Jesus, what happened when we got saved, what we should be doing to keep our relationship towards God and people pure, and to know that we will be rewarded only if we continue to walk a straight and narrow path on a Highway to Holiness. An example from the Old Testament tabernacle shows us an example of what salvation and holiness looks like:
* Salvation is like the outer courts where everyone stands around the tent. Holiness is the place where only you stand to see God in the Holy of Holies.
* Salvation is the process where everyone tries to get God’s attention. Holiness is where God gets your attention.
* Salvation is for everyone who asks. Holiness is for those who are called, chosen, and faithful.
* Salvation is getting by Heaven’s gate. Holiness is going through Heaven’s gate.
