When you pray in the Spirit, it is difficult to be led by anything else. Prayer is the tool that chisels through circumstances. You do not have to feel led to pray, but you can pray to lead. Ask and it will be given. You have not because you ask not. What manner of speech is needed in prayer, language of the heart? Pray earnestly, fervently, constantly. If at first you don’t succeed, pray, pray, pray. Feel like you are the prey of the people, pray for the people.
Taking prayer wherever you have been can take you further than you thought you'd ever go. Prayer is not a race car, and it should not be left in park. There is power in prayer to bring light in a dark world. If you owe anyone anything, let it be a prayer. I would not be here if it weren't for prayer. Just think, someone is praying for you. While you sleep, someone is praying, even if it is on the other side of the world or someone across the block from where you live. Prayer is the only job that you can be self-employed and receive a big paycheck. Investing time in prayer keeps you away from the visits to the doctors. Prayer is the best insurance and assurance.
